Queen delivered the "News of the World" and you could not get through a single day without hearing the Bee Gees thanks to Saturday Night Fever. Pong is out and Space Invaders take over as we rock 1978 right after Bob & Tom!
California Jam I in 1974. California Jam II was March 18th 1978 at Ontario Motor Speedway featuring Bob Welch with Stevie Nicks, Frank Marino & Mahogony Rush, Heart, Foreigner, Santana, Dave Mason, Aerosmith and Ted Nugent. The Band Rubicon won a "Battle of the Bands" competition to play there. One of the members of Rubicon, Jack Blades< went on to form Night Ranger.
